No such thing as ‘Common Law’ marriage or partnership;

If you are living with a partner and want to provide for their future security, then it is imperative that you make a Will. It is also very important to make a Will if you have children together – there is no such thing as a ‘common-law’ marriage or partnership.

Having a valid Will in place is the only way to ensure that the assets you have worked hard for, such as property, businesses cash and investments, pass on to the people you want to inherit them and not as dictated by the law under intestacy rules.
