I instructed Rebecca Weare to resolve a dispute that had arisen between executors during the administration of probate. Having previously instructed a solicitor in Plymouth, I needed a change in in style to work towards a mediated settlement, and in a cost effective way. I would recommend Rebecca as being effective and prompt in her service. The matter was complex and included consideration of the differing roles and responsibilities that the parties had in their roles as trustees, executors and beneficiaries. She was always flexible in her approach to working with me as the client.
