We are holding a free legal clinic in Salcombe Library in February and March. Anyone is welcome to drop in and ask for advice or guidance on their legal issues.
We hold monthly free clinics in Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and have added two dates in Salcombe to see if there is demand for a more regular event.
At previous clinics we have discussed all manner of legal issues, including boundary disputes, landlord and tenant problems, lasting powers of attorney, home made wills, wills made many years ago, faulty goods, challenging a will and what to do when someone dies.
